OBAMA AND WEALTH REDISTRIBUTION

Pressed for time today so the below post is just a re-worked one from a while back, but still points to the reasons for Barack's believe in wealth redistribution.

I was walking my dog tonight and noticed that he stopped in all the usual spots to water those things which he thought were needing his attention. Night after night the same spots got his attention. No matter how hard I tried to lead him to a different spot he would invariably go to the same places. Suddenly, I got the message--these were his spots and he wanted to water. He wanted them to remembered him, so he marked them again and again as in nights before. Obama's recent budget proposal reminded me of my dog. He has to water those who supported him in the past---his favorite spots, acorn, environmental activist, labor unions, etc. and more. I told my wife about our beloved dogs behavior and she said, "its just the way their little minds work", boy did she say a mouthful. The little minds are active now---protect your trees. Obama doesn't want to spread the wealth, at least not in the traditional way---he only wants to water the old familiar spots with your water.

America must not and will not become like the seduced German people in 1933. We will not stand by and watch Obama turn our country into Frankenstein’s laboratory, shredding our constitution, bill of rights and freedom as Hitler did with his country.

Tyrants and Dictators are predictably similar in how they take over. They ride in as the savior of change and hope. They offer health care, jobs for all, a refreshed national identity and protection from danger and harm….that is danger and harm they usually create to blame on enemies…..you know those groups who didn’t vote for them. The rope circles around the seduced neck of the people only after the dictator bribes his way in or gets voted in.

One thing is for sure looking at recent history. Once a socialist/communist dictator gets into power, like terminal cancer, he and his administration smother and take control of every aspect of the economy, educational system, health care system and military. They shred and control media, entertainment and religion.

In 1919, Lenin wrote after his takeover of Russia that the way to control a country is to first take over the industry, the land, and the banks. Lenin tricked and inspired millions and so did Hitler. These dictators didn’t come in appearing like monsters. They were the messiahs of change and hope. Their exhaustive plans involved developing a huge and seduced ‘fan’ base at first while aggressively and quickly finding and destroying anyone against them.

Kitty Werthmann was living in Austria when Hitler took over Germany next door. She recalls how deeply depressed Austria was in 1938. Nearly one-third of their workforce was unemployed. They had 25% inflation and 25% interest rates on bank loans.

People were begging for food and bankruptcies were happening daily. Austria was in a mess, so they were thrilled when Hitler promised big things and was elected into power. There was no talk of persecuting or attacking the Jews. The Austrians were promised jobs, healthcare, protection and recovery.

Kitty said that after the election was over there was instantly law and order. German officials were appointed everywhere and there was dancing in the streets. Though Austria was largely a Catholic country, suddenly in schools everywhere, all Catholic symbols and crosses were taken down and pictures of Hitler were put up everywhere.

Hitler targeted and controlled education and stopped religious instruction for kids in schools. The new church for the children of Austria and Germany was still every Sunday, but it now was forced attendance at the National Youth Day. The first two hours was political indoctrination every Sunday, then the rest of the day they played all kinds of sports. Naturally, the equipment was free. Children went home thrilled each Sunday and were getting brainwashed. Parents had no choice but to send their children each Sunday or else be fined or taken to jail.

Hitler immediately introduced socialist health care. People were going to the hospital for everything now, lines were huge and doctors were paid a salary by the Government. The Austrians soon paid 80% of their income in taxes. Government gave loans for the newly married, and took care of everything from day care needs to paying all College tuition.

As the noose tightened around education, religion, healthcare and enforcement, the ‘mercy killings’ started in. Kitty, then a student teacher in a small village in the Alps, described 15 mentally retarded adults who were known in the community and did good manual work. One day they were rounded up and taken to an institution where the State Health Department would teach them a trade and various skills. Their families where forced to sign papers saying that they wouldn’t visit them for 6 months. They were told that any visits could cause homesickness and disrupt the program.

The letters started arriving back to the parents after several months saying these people had died natural deaths. Of course, they all knew 15 completely healthy adults could not, six months later, have all died natural deaths. They knew they were killed. Euthanasia started to become more common as Hitler’s real world view of perfection started to come out.

Hitler’s final control step of the Germans and Austrians was Gun laws and control. He started with gun registration. Once that was done, he said that guns were causing too much crime and that it was best for all to turn in their guns. They knew that authorities already knew who owned what so they complied.

When you look at Hitler, Saul Alinsky, Stalin, Lenin, Chavez, Castro and others, you see huge similarities with the strategy and world view of Obama. It is the same, promise of health care, jobs and opportunities. There is always a contrived crises or two the big Government has to magically solve, while blaming the enemies they want to create.

Obama is on the same control and dictatorship path as Hitler. First we saw the massive seduction over 15 months; now the controls and intimidation grow with his administration.

This Health care bill might as well have been Hitler’s Enabling Act of March 23rd, 1933. It also shreds our constitution and forces socialized health care on the people, rationing care for the unwanted and expensive seniors as they age, and forcing us all to pay for the Government slaughter of babies; abortion. This bill, run by the IRS, might as well be the Nazi party, as it encourages euthanasia, abortion and rationed care as Hitler did early on in Austria and Germany.

Rep. Burgess stated the obvious about this nightmare bill when asked about the use of the ‘Commerce clause’ excusing forced mandates by the Government. In a CNSNews.com interview Rep. Burgess, a doctor, stated, “No, I personally do not, and I think that is exactly right. Never before in the history of this country have we had the ability to coerce American citizens to purchase something and then invoke the Commerce clause after we coerce that purchase.” He went on…..”It just flies in the face of what a free society should be, so I’m perfectly comfortable with the attorneys general bringing suit against this bill,”

Yes, law suits are flying by Attorney Generals and other groups. We must stand no matter how awkward, inconvenient or expensive it is. Our freedom and country is at stake.

Obama isn’t stopping with forced Health care and the controls attached to that. He is going to manipulate votes by pushing amnesty for illegal aliens; controlling American businesses through cap and trade, then he will find a manipulative, back door way to come for our guns….most likely with a UN Treaty he is already working toward.

Obama continues to mock anyone who disagrees with him, and is now, according to the Wall Street Journal, stepping up Confrontation . Obama must be voted out. I don’t see any tin helmet on my head, and yes…..Obama comes from the same essence and evil as Hitler.

Will Militia Groups Be Painted As A Clear And Present Danger?

The recent arrest of members of a Michigan based Militia group has focused attention again on the right wing. The so-called violent actions of the Tea Party movement failed to gain much traction so now we have the Justice Department bringing action against this militia group. I know nothing of this group, other than what as been released by Eric Holders Justice Department. If the charges are true, then this is a very extreme group and they should be prosecuted. Generally militia groups do not target local police, some do however put their cross-hairs on federal authorities. Neither is acceptable!

The danger, the real danger here is not so much this specific militia group, although they do appear to have been a threat from the information released by the feds, but the tendency of the federal government to over-reach and paint those groups on the right with a broad brush and turn events such as this into a witch hunt to pursue other groups who are not a threat to national security. I saw this happen first hand in the 1960's during the LBJ years following his land side election in 1964. He felt that election gave him a green light to attack and destroy those he saw as enemies, not so much of the state, but of his personal agenda. I fear that Barack Obama and Eric Holder will do the same. And that incidents such as this will only be a first step in what will become a much wider attack on right wings groups who do not present a danger to life and are certainly NOT a clear and present danger to the nation. This event did not happen in a vacumn so we must view it in the context of the current political landscape and ask ourselves, why now!

Michigan Militia Group Charged With Police-Killing Plot

The FBI conducted weekend raids in three states and arrested eight people tied to a Michigan-based militia group that authorities say was conspiring to kill police officers.

WASHINGTON -- Nine suspects tied to a militia in the Midwest are charged with conspiring to kill police officers, then attack a funeral in the hopes of killing more law enforcement people, federal prosecutors said Monday.

U.S. Attorney Barbara McQuade said agents moved on the group because the Hutaree members were planning a violent reconnaissance mission sometime in April -- just a few days away.

Members of the group called Hutaree are charged in the case, including their leader, David Brian Stone, also known as "Captain Hutaree."

Once other officers gathered for a slain officer's funeral, the group planned to detonate homemade bombs at the funeral, killing more, according to newly unsealed court papers.

The indictment includes charges of seditious conspiracy, possessing a firearm during a crime of violence, teaching the use of explosives, and attempting to use a weapon of mass destruction -- homemade bombs.

The indictment charges members of the group conspired "to levy war against the United States, (and) to oppose by force the authority of the government of the United States."

The charges follow FBI raids over the weekend on locations in Michigan, Ohio, and Indiana.

According to investigators, the purportedly Christian Hutaree militia view local, state, and federal law enforcement personnel as a "brotherhood" and an enemy, and planned to attack them as part of an armed struggle against the U.S. government.

Eight suspects have been arrested by the FBI, and one more is being sought. Of the eight captured, seven are due in court later Monday.

Andrew Arena, head of the FBI's field office in Detroit, said the case "is an example of radical and extremist fringe groups which can be found throughout our society. The FBI takes such extremist groups seriously, especially those who would target innocent citizens and the law enforcement officers who protect the citizens of the United States". ARE YOU A RACIST BIGOT OR JUST A NORMAL AMERICAN

It seems these days that anyone who disagrees with Obama is a racist. That was a campaign tactic that's now been transferred to his administration. Really, what is a racist. I prefer to associate with whites in general more than with blacks---therefore, I'm racist. Does it not matter that I have more in common with them, guess not--I'm racist. Tried to speak to some Mexicans the other day at the store, suppose they couldn't understand me, so I went on with my shopping--I'm racist. I support legal immigration, not illegal immigration--I'm racist. I think most of Obama's policies are foolish--I'm racist. So what is a racist? Took the time to look it up--says a racist is someone who has an unreasoning dislike for someone of another race. Gosh, that lets me off the hook, I have reasons for my dislikes. I dislike some Arabs because they want to kill me so I guess that one is ok. I dislike some Mexicans because they jumped the fence so that one is ok. I dislike some blacks because they feel I owe them something guess that one is ok. And finally, I dislike liberals, because I simply cannot tolerate fools, guess that one is ok, too. Gee, maybe I'm not racist.

"Man Bites Dog"

Everyone knows the old saying that, "dog biting man is no story but man biting dog" now that's news. We are now seeing this play out in spades in the MSM. We have all become accustomed to the violence on the left its almost a daily occurrence and is a part of life in this country. Campus radicals shouting down speakers, rock throwing mobs breaking store front windows, eco terrorist burning SUV's and running boats into whaling ships, union thugs beating up peaceful protesters in the streets and the list goes on and on. However, when the same things are perpetrated by some on the right suddenly its "man biting dog" and more. The MSM will use anything to marginalize those on the right especially an emerging power group such as the Tea Party. So they are now pointing the finger at those on the right for the recent acts of violence, not even knowing who the culprits are. But then it really doesn't matter to them, its not the acts of violence that's important but rather the discrediting of a movement, of a cause. This is their goal, their objective.

I recall the day JFK was shot. The MSM of that day quickly condemned the right and that continued for a day until it was found out Lee Oswald was a communist, a committed leftest then the condemnation stopped, but the fingers never, never pointed to the American left where the attack actually came from. We have the same thing here today with the MSM carrying the ball once more not for the public, but for the left and pointing their leftest fingers at the right before the facts are in while ignoring all the acts of violence committed by those on the left. In this country "left biting right" is not news, but "right biting left" well that's akin to "man biting dog"!

Health Care is Just Another Form of Wealth Distribution

This new health care bill has nothing to do with health care but is just a smoke screen for what Obama calls "redistributive change" the hallmark of communism. I have often held back and refrained from calling BHO a communist but its becoming clearer each day that he is indeed a full blown Marxist in the truest sense of the word. Many who voted for ObamaCare honestly believe they are helping people who are without health insurance and I understand that. But let us be honest about one thing---no one in this country is denied medical care under the current system, not even those who are here illegally. This current plan is just a first step in destroying the private health insurance companies of America and putting the government in total control of the health care industry. Under this plan Medicaid will be greatly expanded and many doctors will stop seeing those that are now seen using this program. The states will eventually have this additional burden placed on them and all of us, I repeat all of us will see a rise in state taxes to support this additional cost and that will be compounded by a rise in the cost of virtually everything we buy---California here we come!

This vote is a benchmark in American history and a beginning of a disintegration of the America we know and love. Those Americans who have worked hard and saved for there future welfare will have their pockets picked by those teeming masses who have sat on their lazy asses for decades looking to government for their every need. The passage of this bill is only a first step toward Obama's dream of "Wealth Redistribution" and is a vain attempt to help some up by tearing others down. In the end we will all be dragged down and only those elites in power will have the good lives so many of us enjoy now. Wealth Redistribution is nothing but a road to poverty for all and has always been so. Obama has done in a short years something the former mighty Soviet Union could not do in decades. He and his fellow travelers are ripping apart the fabric of the nation while shredding the values laid down in the Constitution. Obama and every one who supports him must be removed from government at every level and the nation purged of this evil infestation of Marxism.

"Remember the Alamo" Then and "Remember 3/21" Now!

Most in this country know the phrase, "Remember the Alamo" and certainly all Texans know that rallying battle cry! The defeat at the Alamo marked the beginning of the war for Texas independence. A war that would end with the crowning victory at San Jacinto and an independent and free Texas. Yesterday in Washington the forces of individualism suffered a great defeat at the hands of the over-whelming forces in the House combined with the might of the Executive Branch. The two hundred or so beleaguered members of the House could not withstand the onslaught of the vast army arrayed against them. Their walls were breached by back room deals, presidential promises and favors, and blatant bribery on a scale never seen before in American politics. In the end they were overwhelmed and crushed and their flag of patriotism trampled beneath the tyrant's feet. But from the ashes of that defeat, a new battle cry will be heard, a new call to arms. Just as the Texans of long ago screamed "remember the Alamo" as they charged the forces of tyranny; the ever growing forces of Individualism, of Patriotism will raise a new battle cry: "Remember 3/21" as they drive the forces of collectivism and Marxism from the field and achieve that Crowning Victory!

Obama Blocks Delivery of Bunker-Busters to Israel

Recently came across a post at The Astute Blogger on a story that has been buried by the MSM. It seems that the Obama administration has decided to divert a shipment of bunker-buster bombs from being delivered to a military base in Israel. After the recent flare-up during Biden's visit to Israel over the expansion of Jewish settlements in Jerusalem this seems a measure to punish the Jewish state. This is not the first punitive action taken by the Obama administration. Since taking office, Obama has refused all request from Israel for weapon platforms and advanced weapons. Obama has effectively cut off Israel from securing any advanced weaponry from the United States. A striking reversal from policies of past administrations. But then we have never had an Arab-American president before.

Obama blocks delivery of bunker-busters to Israel

The United States has diverted a shipment of bunker-busters designated for Israel.

Officials said the U.S. military was ordered to divert a shipment of smart bunker-buster bombs from Israel to a military base in Diego Garcia. They said the shipment of 387 smart munitions had been slated to join pre-positioned U.S. military equipment in Israel Air Force bases.
"This was a political decision," an official said.

In 2008, the United States approved an Israeli request for bunker-busters capable of destroying underground facilities, including Iranian nuclear weapons sites. Officials said delivery of the weapons was held up by the administration of President Barack Obama.

Since taking office, Obama has refused to approve any major Israeli requests for U.S. weapons platforms or advanced systems. Officials said this included proposed Israeli procurement of AH-64D Apache attack helicopters, refueling systems, advanced munitions and data on a stealth variant of the F-15E.

"All signs indicate that this will continue in 2010," a congressional source familiar with the Israeli military requests said. "This is really an embargo, but nobody talks about it publicly."

Under the plan, the U.S. military was to have stored 195 BLU-110 and 192 BLU-117 munitions in unspecified air force bases in Israel. The U.S. military uses four Israeli bases for the storage of about $400 million worth of pre-positioned equipment meant for use by either Washington or Jerusalem in any regional war.

In January 2010, the administration agreed to an Israeli request to double the amount of U.S. military stockpiles to $800 million. Officials said the bunker-busters as well as Patriot missile interceptors were included in the agreement.

The decision to divert the BLU munitions was taken amid the crisis between Israel and the United States over planned construction of Jewish homes in Jerusalem. The administration, including Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, has warned that Washington could reduce military aid to Israel because of its construction policy. read full story at World Tribune

Obama's Fast Deal!

In the 1930's and 40's we had the New Deal of FDR, in the late 1940's and 50's we had the Fair Deal of Harry Truman, and now we have the "Fast Deal" of Barack Hussein Obama. With each passing day another backroom deal surfaces as Obama struggles to get his health care bill passed. The latest is a decision by the Dept. of the Interior to increase the water supply available to California's central valley in what appears to be an effort to gain the support of two CA representatives for a yes vote on Obamacare. This is only one of many deals and bribes offered to gain support for something that most Americans are against. The democrats have adopted the old socialist motto that "the end justifies the means" and have completely tossed aside any semblance of tradition and fair play. They will continue on this path as long as they maintain control in congress. They realize, full well their days are numbered and they are running against a rising tide of disapproval among voters. Obama's "Fast Deal" will continue until the Democrat's numbers in the House and Senate are decreased. He will then turn to a flood of executive orders in order to consolidate more gains and increased power in Washington with his primarily goal being that of "wealth redistribution", the dream of all true socialist leaders with them being the distributors of the stolen wealth.

If you are one of those Obama supporters waiting for that handout, or perhaps you think it is a hand up just remember one thing: he that giveth can taketh away and if anything Obama has shown he is a master of the "Fast Deal".

Obama Refuses to Fly Flag at Haiti Rescue!

During the campaign Obama seemed to have a problem with the American Flag and at first gave flimsy excuses for not wearing a flag pin and was seen at times inattentive when the National Anthem was being played. Finally Obama decided to wear a flag pin, probably at the insistence of his campaign staff. It should not surprise anyone that Obama had little respect for the flag, after all he sat in a congregation for years where his minister, his mentor, damned America and preached nothing but hate for our country. Now we have learned that the Flag in not being flown at our main rescue installation in Haiti. I wasn't aware of this until I came across a great post over at Maggie's Notebook. Its an eye-opening account. It also includes this great Russ Limbaugh clip which is shown below along with an portion of the original post.

Its the final round and Barack is ready! He's pulling out all the stops and getting ready to let you have it where the sun don't shine. He is a dedicated socialist who knows exactly what's right for you and yours and he is determined to advance his position in anyway. Yes with him, the "ends justifies the means" and he's out to stick it to you. He thinks you'll like what you are about to get and will clamor for more and he will only be too willing to oblige, using your money. Yep, unless you stand up you're about to get it shoved up your a*s!

Tea Party and Victory!

At his point in what will be a long uphill struggle, we must not search for that candidate who is represents all we agree with for that man doesn't exist. We must have a limited approach and like a toddler, take one step at a time building a strong foundation as we progress toward our goal. A strong house isn't built over night and without a solid foundation isn't worth having. Like most who read this blog, I would prefer that the Tea Party movement adopt strong stands on social issues, but that is not to be at this time. We will have time somewhere down the line for that, after all victory will come to the patient. The road ahead is filled with many obstacles and hidden mines and must be navigated slowly and methodically less we fall victim to our own zeal and eagerness for victory.

Now is the time for caution, and although we can begin to see some light it would be a mistake to rush the center of the enemy's line as Lee did at Gettysburg in hope of achieving that crowning victory. The enemy's flank is weak, let us hit him there and then advance on to Washington!!!

The Tea Party Movement

The Tea Party movement is a once in a life time event that can literally change the direction of this country. The issues embraced are not regional and go across the political spectrum. It has brought in many who have never protested, but only gone with the flow expressing their opinion on election day at the ballot box. It truly is a grassroots movement with far reaching implications that will have a profound effect on both major parties in the country. The Democrats have chosen to demonized and marginalize the movement and for that will bear the wrath of voters in the upcoming elections this fall.

Are Toy Guns Protected by the Second Amendment?

This is a real stretch by the ATF. Apparently the ATF has decided to go after toy guns because they have no protection under the Second Amendment. Seizing Airsoft pellet guns because they might easily be converted into a "Machine Gun". What planet are these guys from and what do they really know about firearms. I suspect many are just young kids out of college who never handled a gun until they joined the ATF. I owe several Airsoft guns and the metal they are made of would not with stand more than several rounds of real ammo before the barrel melted down of just exploded. I don't know the caliber of these guns, but most AirSoft guns are .177cal and a few are .22cal. Some Airsoft guns are fully automatic, but the barrel doesn't heat during rapid fire, in fact just the opposite occurs since the pellet guns use CO2 gas and when firing the barrels get colder. I suspect these guys had little else to do and targeted a toy that looked menacing. Feds Seize Toys, Call Them 'Machine Guns'
A gun rights organization has launched a Freedom of Information request following a decision by federal Customs and Border Protection agents to seize a shipment of toy pellet guns and a determination by the federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that they could be converted into machine guns so they must be destroyed.

Government agencies have explained that the Airsoft toys, made of a soft pot metal and lacking a firing mechanism, easily could be converted into a true weapon capable of automatic fire.

"Our firearms technology branch classified this as a machine gun," BATFE Special Agent Kelvin Crenshaw said in a report assembled by Gun Owners of America. "With minimal work it could be converted to a machine gun."

Gun Owners spokesman Erich Pratt told WND today his organization has launched a FOIA demand for information to find out on what basis the government reached that conclusion.

It is interesting that the federal government provides a single refugee with a monthly allowance of $1,890.00 and each can also get an additional $580.00 in social assistance for a total of $2,470.00.

This compares very well to a single pensioner who after contributing to the growth and development of America for 40 to 50 years can only receive a monthly maximum of $1,012.00 in old age pension and Guaranteed Income Supplement.

Maybe our pensioners should apply as refugees!

I Don't Need No Stinking National ID Card!

When the debate over health care is over you should brace yourself for the next big issue coming down the road which will be immigration reform and some in Congress are already beginning to work on this, namely Chuck Schumer that liberal democrat from NY and the infamous RINO, Lindsay Graham from SC. They have joined forces to push immigration reform on the American people. So far John McCain has stayed out of the early efforts, well he is up for re-election this year and knows how the people in Arizona feel about this effort especially those who will vote in the republican primary.

One of the first ideas floated is that of a National ID Card. A card that all Americans seeking employment would have to present to employers before being hired. This would be a biometric card designed to prevent undocumented worker from being employed. Futile efforts such as this remind me of restrictive guns laws enacted to keep guns out of the hands of criminals. What laws such as this do is to place undue hardships on the average law-abiding citizen and nothing more. The undocumented will always find a way around such actions.

Finally there is the matter of personal liberty. The National ID Card would essentially treat every American like a criminal, required intimate person data to be entered into a government database. Personally I am tired of my personal liberty's being restricted because others choose to break the law. I am tired of having to "press 1" for English. I resist the idea of carrying another government ID because someone else sneaked into the country. It is un-American for me to be punished for crimes committed by others. Frankly, Chucky and Lindsay you two can take that damn card and shove it where the light don't shine. I'm not a dog and don't need your damn dog tag to prove I'm a American, just seal the freaking border!

Recently in a interview with Chris Matthews, Dan Rather remarked that this fall the Republicans might describe Obama as an ineffectual president who "couldn't sell watermelons if you gave him state troopers to flag down the traffic" implying that the republicans would play the race card. In this case its Dan Rather who's playing the race card by suggesting the republicans would use what he considers to be racial slurs. In effect, he blaming someone for an act before the act itself is committed. As for Obama and his selling ability, he was great during the campaign at selling himself as the wondrous new elixir that would cure all the nations problems. The Alabama Black Caucus, obviously a racist group judging by their name is calling for Obama's Secretary of Education to cancel an appearance at a Confederate named school, Robert E. Lee High School. The reason given is that the schools principal and the school itself publicly opposed M L King's Selma march in 1965. Damn the that principal must be an old, old man by now for unless my math is wrong that was 45 years ago. As best as I can remember many member of the National Democratic Party also opposed that march, so just maybe the Black Caucus should protest any future meeting of that organization.

I remember those days vividly and the efforts of King to gain some type of equality for his people. I don't recall him ever calling for special treatment for his black brothers. I don't recall him ever saying that schools, streets, counties, and even some cities bearing the names of former Confederates be changed. I don't recall him ever saying that playing Dixie at a Friday night football game offended him---hell even President Lincoln requested that tune be played on the occasion of Lee's surrender. The Black Caucus is not about Robert E. Lee High, its about black power and black privilege and certainly not black rights for they already have them.

The below story is about a dog-eating black bear, and ties into the point I wish to make. Over the past 30-40 years the number of animals that can be classified as predators has sharply increased not only in the rural areas of America but in the suburbs. One need only look at the exploding alligator population in many southern states, the inroads the western coyote has made in most areas east of the Mississippi River, the vastly increased black bear population, the expanding wolf population in the western states and to a lesser extent into some areas east of the Mississippi and finally the occasional reports of big cats seen in areas where they were formally extinct.

Sure its nice for the city dweller who makes an occasionally trip to the countryside to get a fleeting glance at these beautiful creatures. But for those who live in these areas these same animals, these predators are becoming more and more a threat to livestock, family pets and in some case the humans who live there and visit. Its no longer safe to swim in many lakes in Florida and Louisiana, its unwise to take your dog into a forest area and give him free reign, its unsafe to leave you small children alone even for a minute in many nature areas. Its easy for those who live in the city to say leave those animals alone they aren't hurting anyone; but for those who must live next to them in the rural parts of America its another story. The balance has tipped in favor of the predator in this country not just the two-legged kind, but that four-legged furry one as well. New Jersey Authorities Capture Dog-Eating Black Bear

A dog-eating black bear was tranquilized by authorities in New Jersey Thursday after it became stuck under the backyard deck of a house.

The bear was spotted in several locations in Wayne, about 15 miles from midtown Manhattan, Wednesday night after killing a homeowner’s border collie. Another resident reported her two Labrador retrievers were missing.

Members of the New Jersey Division of Fish & Wildlife removed the bear from under the deck after tranquilizing it.

Wayne Police Department officials said the bear will be euthanized, according to Fox 5 News reporter Mike Gilliam.

Recently a Swiss condom manufacturer began production of extra-small condoms for boys as young as 12 years old. Can one really imagine a young teenage boy going into the pharmacy and asking for an extra small condom--as John Wayne would have said, "That'll be the Day!" Apart from the sheer commercial ignorance of this venture by the Swiss, do we really need to do anything else to encourage sex among young teens. I predict the "Hotshot", the new condom's name, will have a "short" history for in this day of exaggerated self important "size matters"


'Extra Small' Condoms for 12-Year-Old Boys Go on Sale

A leading condom manufacturer in Switzerland has created extra-small condoms for boys as young as 12 years old, the U.K.’s Daily Telegraph reported.

The condom, called the Hotshot, was produced after family planning groups and the Swiss AIDS Federation campaigned to have the condoms made following several studies that showed adolescent boys were not using proper protection when engaging in intercourse.

"The result that shocked us concerned young boys who display apparently risky behavior,” Nancy Bodmer, who headed the research, told the newspaper. “They have more of a tendency not to protect themselves. They do not have a very developed sexual knowledge. They do not understand the consequences of what they are doing and leave the young girls to take care of the consequences.”

Bodmer said the results of the study suggest that early prevention makes sense.

A spokeswoman for the company, Lamprecht AG, said the United Kingdom would be a “top priority” if they expanded abroad, especially since the U.K. has one of the highest rates of teen pregnancy in Europe.

For those who have difficulity in understanding why the economy is in such bad shape and understanding the complex Derivative Market the following simple explanation may help:

Heidi is the proprietor of a bar in Detroit . She realizes that virtually all of her customers are unemployed alcoholics and, as such, can no longer afford to patronize her bar. To solve this problem, she comes up with a new marketing plan that allows her customers to drink now, but pay later. She keeps track of the drinks consumed in a ledger (thereby granting the customers loans).

Word gets around about Heidi's "drink now, pay later" marketing strategy and, as a result, increasing numbers of customers flood into Heidi's bar. Soon she has the largest sales volume for any bar in Detroit .

By providing her customers freedom from immediate payment demands, Heidi gets no resistance when, at regular intervals, she substantially increases her prices for wine and beer, the most consumed beverages. Consequently, Heidi's gross sales volume increases massively.

Israeli Agent: His Insights & Predictions

Received this below email a few days ago and thought to pass it along. The information provided in it comes from Juval Aviv an Israeli agent whom the movie "Munich" was based on. He was appointed to track down the Palestinian terrorist responsible for the Munich Olympic games killing of Israeli athletes. In a lecture a short time ago he shared some information that we all need to know, information our government is yet to share.

Juval had predicted the London subway bombings on the Bill O'Reilly show stating they would happen within a week and within a week of his public prediction the attacks occurred. He also predicted the 9/11 attacks. In a report shared with the Bush administration via the Israeli government he said the terrorist would use planes as bombs and target high profile buildings and monuments. Below are some of his future predictions along with the warning that an attack on the U.S. will occur in the next few months. These are only predictions, but predictions from a man with vast experience and a unique insight into the terrorist mind and they should be taken seriously.

Forget hijacking airplanes, because he says terrorists will NEVER try and hijack a plane again as they know the people onboard will never go down quietly again. Aviv believes our airport security is a joke -- that we have been reactionary rather than proactive in developing strategies that are truly effective.

For example:

1) Our airport technology is outdated. We look for metal, and the new explosives are made of plastic.

2) He talked about how some idiot tried to light his shoe on fire. Because of that, now everyone has to take off their shoes. A group of idiots tried to bring aboard liquid explosives.. Now we can't bring liquids on board.

3) We only focus on security when people are heading to the gates. Aviv says that if a terrorist attack targets airports in the future, they will target busy times on the front end of the airport when/where people are checking in. It would be easy for someone to take two suitcases of explosives, walk up to a busy check-in line, ask a person next to them to watch their bags for a minute while they run to the restroom or get a Drink, and then detonate the bags BEFORE security even gets involved.

In Israel , security checks bags BEFORE people can even ENTER the airport.

Aviv says the next terrorist attack here in America is imminent and will involve suicide bombers and non-suicide bombers in places where large groups of people congregate. (I. E., Disneyland, Las Vegas casinos, big cities ( New York , San Francisco , Chicago , etc...) and that it will also include shopping malls, subways in rush hour, train stations, etc., as well as rural America this time ( Wyoming , Montana , etc.).

The attack will be characterized by simultaneous detonations around the country (terrorists like big impact), involving at least 5-8 cities, including rural areas.

Aviv says terrorists won't need to use suicide bombers in many of the larger cities, because at places like the MGM Grand in Las Vegas , they can simply valet park a car loaded with explosives and walk away.

Aviv says all of the above is well known in intelligence circles, but that our U. S. Government does not want to 'alarm American citizens' with the facts. The world is quickly going to become 'a different place', and issues like 'global warming' and political correctness will become totally irrelevant.

On an encouraging note, he says that Americans don't have to be concerned about being nuked. Aviv says the terrorists who want to destroy America will not use sophisticated weapons. They like to use suicide as a front-line approach. It's cheap, it's easy, it's effective; and they have an infinite abundance of young militants more than willing to 'meet their destiny'.

He also says the next level of terrorists, over which America should be most concerned, will not be coming from abroad. But will be, instead, 'homegrown' -- having attended and been educated in our own schools and universities right here in the U.. S. He says to look for 'students' who frequently travel back and forth to the Middle East .. These young terrorists will be most dangerous because they will know our language and will fully understand the habits of Americans; but that we Americans won't know/understand a thing about them.

Aviv says that, as a people, Americans are unaware and uneducated about the terrorist threats we will, inevitably, face. America still has only have a handful of Arabic and Farsi speaking people in our intelligence networks, and Aviv says it is critical that we change that fact SOON.

So, what can America do to protect itself? From an intelligence perspective, Aviv says the U.S. needs to stop relying on satellites and technology for intelligence. We need to, instead, follow Israel 's, Ireland 's and England 's hands-on examples of human intelligence, both from an infiltration perspective as well as to trust 'aware' citizens to help. We need to engage and educate ourselves as citizens; however, our U. S. government continues to treat us, its citizens, 'like babies'. Our government thinks we 'can't handle the truth' and are concerned that we'll panic if we understand the realities of terrorism. Aviv says this is a deadly mistake.

Aviv recently created/executed a security test for our Congress, by placing an empty briefcase in five well-traveled spots in five major cities. The results? Not one person called 911 or sought a policeman to check it out. In fact, in Chicago , someone tried to steal the briefcase!

In comparison, Aviv says that citizens of Israel are so well 'trained' that an unattended bag or package would be reported in seconds by citizen(s) who know to publicly shout, 'Unattended Bag!' The area would be quickly & calmly cleared by the citizens themselves. But, unfortunately, America hasn't been yet 'hurt enough' by terrorism for their government to fully understand the need to educate its citizens or for the government to understand that it's their citizens who are, inevitably, the best first-line of defense against terrorism.

Aviv also was concerned about the high number of children here in America who were in preschool and kindergarten after 9/11, who were 'lost' without parents being able to pick them up, and about our schools that had no plan in place to best care for the students until parents could get there. (In New York City , this was days, in some cases!)

He stresses the importance of having a plan, that's agreed upon within your family, to respond to in the event of a terrorist emergency. He urges parents to contact their children's schools and demand that the schools, too, develop plans of actions, as they do in Israel .

Does your family know what to do if you can't contact one another by phone? Where would you gather in an emergency? He says we should all have a plan that is easy enough for even our youngest children to remember and follow..

Aviv says that the U. S. government has in force a plan that, in the event of another terrorist attack, will immediately cut-off EVERYONE's ability to use cell phones, blackberries, etc., as this is the preferred communication source used by terrorists and is often the way
that their bombs are detonated...

Michigan State Professor Asks Muslims to Leave Country!

Finally a voice of sanity from the halls of academia. A Michigan State professor, Indred Wichman, has had enough of the campus Muslim Students Association. That association is protesting the Danish cartoons portraying the Prophet Muhammad as a terrorist. The group complained the cartoons were "hate speech. On most campuses in this country the voices of reason, the voices of truth are drowned out by the shrill sounds from the left as they shout down those who disagree. Professor Wichman's voice is like a fresh breeze blowing away the stench of the leftest dogma that is stifling dissent in the elitist world of academia. This is what offends me, a soft-spoken person and academic, and many, many of my colleagues. I counsel you dissatisfied, aggressive, brutal, and uncivilized slave-trading Muslims to be very aware of this as you proceed with your infantile 'protests.'
If you do not like the values of the West - see the 1st Amendment - you are free to leave. I hope for God's sake that most of you choose that option.
Please return to your ancestral homelands and build them up yourselves instead of troubling Americans.

As you can imagine,
the Muslim group at the university didn't like this too well.
They're demanding that Wichman be reprimanded and the university impose mandatory diversity training for faculty.
And mandate a seminar on hate and discrimination for all freshmen.
Now the local chapter of CAIR has jumped into the fray .
CAIR, the Council on American-Islamic Relations, apparently doesn't believe that the good professor had the right to express his opinion.

For its part, the university is standing its ground in support of Professor Wichman,
saying the e-mail was private, and they don't intend to publicly condemn his remarks.
